Required Information:

Please include your registered mobile number and full name in your deletion request to enable our team to locate and authenticate your account.

Deletion Timeline & Policy:
  • Your account and associated profile records will be permanently deleted within 7 working days from the receipt of your authenticated request.
  • Any outstanding active bookings or unsettled payments must be resolved prior to permanent account deactivation.
  • Transaction and invoice records may be retained only for legal, taxation, and statutory accounting requirements as mandated under applicable Indian law.
