JARURAT USER APP - TERMS & CONDITIONS

For Users:-

1) Welcome to Jarurat User App

Jarurat User App connects you to local services in nearby areas. Book plumbers, electricians, AC repair, tyre puncture, beauty services, bike rides, and parcel delivery - all in one app.

2) Eligibility & Responsibilities

  1. Must be 18+ years old.
  2. Provide accurate name, phone number, and address.
  3. Pay service charges 1.5% + 13% platform commission = 14.5% (upon job completion).
  4. Give honest ratings to service providers.
  5. Accept cancellation policies.

3) Account Security

  1. Keep your password safe and confidential.
  2. Report unauthorized access to support immediately.
  3. Jarurat is not liable for losses from compromised accounts.
  4. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited.
  5. You are solely responsible for account security.

4) Payment Security

  1. Transactions processed via third-party gateways (Razorpay / Phonepe).
  2. Jarurat not liable for payment failures or fraud.
  3. Disputes handled by payment processors.
  4. Strong encryption used for all transactions.
  5. Payment gateway liability rests with third-party processors.

5) Cancellation Policy

  1. Repeated cancellations may lead to account suspension.
  2. Multiple cancellations (3+) within 7 days = account review.

6) Jarurat's Liability Disclaimer

Jarurat NOT responsible for:

  1. Service quality or skill level.
  2. Timing or punctuality.
  3. Injury, damage, or theft during service.
  4. Provider no-show or cancellation.
  5. Service availability or performance.
  6. Data security (reasonable precautions taken, not 100% guaranteed).
  7. Force majeure events (natural calamities, government orders).
  8. All service risks lie with customer and provider. Jarurat is purely a technology platform.
  9. Jarurat is not directly liable for parcel loss, damage, or theft; however, we maintain complete driver details and documents and will fully assist in filing police complaints and recovery processes to support you.

7) Ratings & Reviews

  1. All reviews, ratings, and feedback become Jarurat property.
  2. Jarurat can use feedback for marketing (anonymized).
  3. Abusive or vulgar feedback will be removed.
  4. False ratings may lead to account suspension.

8) Termination

Accounts may be suspended / terminated for:

  1. Fraud or fake bookings
  2. Multiple cancellations
  3. Abuse or hostile behavior
  4. Policy violations
  5. Suspicious activity
  6. No prior notice required for immediate threats.

9) Dispute Resolution

  1. App support resolves issues within 72 hours.
  2. Escalation via Arbitration (Jaipur jurisdiction).
  3. Governing Law: Indian Laws, Rajasthan Courts.
  4. All disputes subject to Jaipur jurisdiction.

10) Cookie Policy

  1. Cookies used for analytics, preferences, and targeted ads.
  2. Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel enabled.
  3. Track user behavior for platform improvement.
  4. Manage preferences in app settings.

11) Intellectual Property

  1. All content, design, and IP rights reserved by Jarurat.
  2. No scraping or reverse engineering permitted.
  3. Unauthorized use of Jarurat content prohibited.

12) Amendment of Terms

  1. Jarurat can update terms anytime.
  2. Notification via in-app notification.
  3. Continued use = acceptance of new terms.

13) General Provisions

  1. Invalid clauses don't affect remaining terms.
  2. Entire agreement supersedes all prior understandings.
  3. Jarurat can transfer rights / obligations.

14) Data Privacy

  1. Personal data used only for service delivery.
  2. Data protected with reasonable security.
  3. Third-party sharing only for service purposes.
  4. Data retention for 2 years post-termination.

15) Force Majeure

Jarurat not liable for failures due to:

  1. Natural calamities
  2. Government orders
  3. Technical failures
  4. Network outages
  5. Internet disruptions

16) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  1. All disputes governed by Indian Laws.
  2. Rajasthan Courts exclusive jurisdiction.
  3. Jaipur arbitration for escalated disputes.
  4. Code on Social Security 2020 compliance.

1) Jarurat Connect Services

Accepts jobs for:

  1. Electrician
  2. Plumber
  3. AC Repair
  4. Beauty Services
  5. Housekeeping
  6. And other service categories

Customer bookings come from Jarurat User App.

2) Eligibility & Documents Required

  1. Must be 18+ years old
  2. Valid Aadhaar ID (government issued)
  3. Skill photo / certificate (if available)
  4. Vehicle documents (if applicable)
  5. e-Shram registration (mandatory for gig worker compliance)
  6. Bank account details for payment
  7. Contact details verification

3) Benefits & Compliance

90 days / year work qualifies for:

  1. Police Verification Certificate from local Police Station
  2. Accidental injury insurance
  3. Health coverage (Ayushman Bharat)
  4. Life insurance coverage
  5. Social Security benefits
  6. Jarurat contributes 1.5% turnover to Social Security Fund
  7. Compliance with Code on Social Security 2020

4) Commission & Payment Structure

  1. Platform Commission: 13% (deducted on job completion)
  2. Government Fund: 1.5% (Social Security)
  3. Total Platform Take: 14.5%
  4. Recharge Requirement: ₹19 / day (or plans: ₹41 / 3 days, ₹119 / week, ₹499 / month)
  5. Minimum Leads: 3 per day (with recharge)
  6. Payment Method: UPI / Cash
  7. Settlement: T+2 days (within 2 business days)

5) Account Security

  1. Keep password secure and confidential
  2. Report unauthorized access immediately
  3. Jarurat not liable for compromised account losses
  4. Multiple accounts prohibited
  5. Single-device login recommended

6) Payment Security

  1. Third-party gateways (Razorpay / PhonePe) used
  2. Platform not responsible for payment failures
  3. Payment disputes resolved by gateway providers
  4. Strong encryption for all transactions

7) Performance Rules & Standards

  1. Complete jobs within committed time window
  2. Maintain professional behavior with customers
  3. Late jobs = rating impact + potential suspension
  4. Cancellations without notice = account warning
  5. CRITICAL: Working under influence of alcohol / intoxicants is strictly prohibited
  6. Respect customer property and privacy
  7. Maintain cleanliness and professionalism
  8. Communicate delay / issues immediately

8) Rating & Performance Metrics

  1. Maintain minimum 4.0 rating
  2. Below 4.0 rating = account review / suspension
  3. Ratings based on:
    • Punctuality
    • Service quality
    • Customer satisfaction
    • Communication
  4. Dispute any false ratings within 24 hours

9) Termination Policy

Immediate suspension for:

  1. Fraud or false claims
  2. Below 4.0 rating (persistent)
  3. Policy violations
  4. Alcohol / intoxicant under influence
  5. No prior notice required

10) Liability Disclaimer

  1. Service execution risks lie with provider
  2. Injury, damage, property loss = provider responsibility
  3. Customer disputes = provider liable
  4. Jarurat provides technology platform only
  5. No warranty on service provider availability

11) Dispute Resolution

  1. App support handles disputes
  2. First level: Chat support (72 hours)
  3. Escalation: Arbitration (Jaipur jurisdiction)
  4. Rajasthan Courts jurisdiction
  5. Governing Law: Indian Laws

12) Cookie Policy

  1. Cookies for performance analytics
  2. Track job completion and rating patterns
  3. Location tracking for job matching
  4. Behavior analytics for platform improvement

13) Intellectual Property

  1. No copying of Jarurat system / interface
  2. No reverse engineering permitted
  3. Confidential information protection

1) Jarurat Go Services

Accepts delivery / ride requests:

  1. Bike rides (Jarurat Go)
  2. Parcel delivery (Jarurat Go)
  3. Food delivery (if applicable)
  4. Document delivery

Customer requests come from Jarurat User App.

2) Eligibility & Requirements

  1. Must be 18+ years old
  2. Valid driving license (appropriate category)
  3. Vehicle RC (Registration Certificate)
  4. Aadhaar ID (government issued)
  5. Helmet mandatory
  6. Vehicle insurance (if available)
  7. Bank account for payments
  8. Contact verification

3) Benefits & Compliance

90 days / year work qualifies for:

  1. Police Verification Certificate from local Police Station.
  2. Accidental injury insurance
  3. Health coverage (Ayushman Bharat)
  4. Life insurance coverage
  5. Social Security benefits

  5. Alternative Plans: ₹59 / 3 days, ₹159 / week, ₹599 / month.
  6. Payment Method: UPI / Cash
  7. Settlement: Weekly payouts (T+2 days)
  8. Minimum Rides: Flexible (no minimum with recharge)

5) Account Security

  1. Keep password secure.
  2. Report suspicious activity immediately.
  3. Jarurat not liable for compromised accounts.
  4. Multiple accounts prohibited.
  5. Device-based login tracking.

6) Payment Security

  1. UPI payments via third-party gateways.
  2. Platform not liable for payment delays.
  3. Weekly settlement to registered bank account.
  4. Strong encryption for transactions.
  5. Payment disputes with processors.

7) Delivery & Ride Rules

  1. Delivery: Deliver within committed time.
  2. Safety: Maintain safe driving at all times.
  3. Helmet: Mandatory for rider and driver.
  4. Vehicle: Must be in good condition.
  5. Parcel Care: Handle parcels with care (customer responsible for valuable items).
  6. Communication: Keep customer informed of delays.
  7. Professionalism: Courteous behavior mandatory.
  8. Cancellations: Free cancellation up to 1 minute after acceptance.
  9. Late Rides: Late deliveries = rating impact + penalty.

8) Critical Safety Requirement

Working under influence of alcohol / intoxicants is STRICTLY PROHIBITED

  1. Criminal offense under Indian law.
  2. Subject to immediate account suspension.
  3. Legal action and imprisonment possible.
  4. Jarurat will report to authorities.
  5. Zero tolerance policy.

9) Rating & Performance

  1. Maintain minimum 4.0 rating
  2. Below 4.0 = account warning / suspension
  3. Rating factors:
    • Timeliness
    • Safety driving
    • Customer communication
    • Professional behavior
    • Vehicle condition
  4. Dispute false ratings within 24 hours

10) Safety & Compliance

  1. Valid driving license verification.
  2. Regular vehicle condition checks.
  3. Traffic rule compliance mandatory.
  4. Insurance coverage required.
  5. Emergency contact mandatory.
  6. Background verification may apply.

11) Termination Policy

Immediate account termination for:

  1. Repeated late deliveries (5+ within week)
  2. Cancellations (pattern of abuse)
  3. Safety violations
  4. Alcohol / intoxicant under influence
  5. Rash driving incidents
  6. Customer complaints (serious)
  7. No prior notice required

12) Liability Disclaimer

  1. Accidents = driver responsibility
  2. Vehicle damage = driver responsibility
  3. Parcel loss (valuable items) = customer responsibility
  4. Customer safety = driver responsibility
  5. Jarurat provides technology platform only.
  6. No liability for ride delays or traffic.

13) Insurance & Claims

  1. Vehicle insurance mandatory.
  2. Driver must maintain valid coverage.
  3. Claims filed directly with insurance provider.
  4. Jarurat not liable for accidents.
  5. Accident report mandatory to support.

14) Dispute Resolution

  1. App support (72 hours resolution)
  2. Customer complaint review
  3. Escalation: Arbitration (Jaipur jurisdiction)
  4. Rajasthan Courts jurisdiction
  5. Governing Law: Indian Laws
